In this video, I’m gonna explain what you need to be watching to help you decide your next move. And it’s different than most people think, thinking and acting right now can make all the difference for you and your real estate investments.
Now, I’ve been investing in real estate for a really long time it’s, it’s been the majority of my investing career, and it is my endgame it’s still my endgame I where I put all my investing profits.
Recently, I’ve done I think four different real estate videos, and I’ve been trying to approach the real estate market from a couple different perspectives a couple different angles to give you a good wide range of information about it now.
Humans are horrible investors. We are emotional beings, and we suffer from things that make us horrible investors. One of them is known as something like confirmation bias. And basically what that means is that we always want to hear stuff that backs up what we think. All right. But that is the wrong way to live your life, period, much less be an investor we need to hear both sides we need to hear both sides of the argument or as I always learned there’s not two sides there’s three sides. And so we need to hear all three sides.
Alright, so I’d like to talk about it from different angles and I know it doesn’t necessarily fit into what everybody thinks, but that’s okay we need to be challenging, we need to be thinking through through now on one of my recent videos as a matter of fact, the last real estate video, people didn’t like it, I talked about why real estate couldn’t be cheap relative relative cheap.

All right now, but the problem that people have with that video is they don’t understand this one thing. and this is what I tried to make abundantly clear in the comments. But they didn’t get it right, and that is that there is no such thing as the real estate market.
There’s no such thing as the real estate market. Instead what there are is there’s thousands of real estate markets thousands of sub markets that are broken up all over the country, based off of area and size and property type and price level and all those different things. So just because one area is not doing good doesn’t mean another areas could be doing good just because one type of really.
